Peer mediation is students helping students to resolve conflict

The more you express your ideas of point of view, the more you CLARIFY your position

- Your voice has more choice!

Peer mediation is a process for resolving disputes in which a neutral third party acts as a mediator. The goal is to resolve conflicts constructively by identifying the problems and finding solutions. Students are encouraged to understand and appreciate the concept “Your voice has more choice”. Rather than trying to fix blame, students are encouraged to move beyond the conflict and learn how to get on with each other.
